    We inspect and measure

    A supervisor walks every address, measures the areas, photographs the problem spots and records how each building lets a cleaner in.

    Written scope and fixed price

    Within 24 hours you receive the specification per site, split into per-visit, weekly and periodic tasks, with the price attached to it.

    Induct, start, audit

    Cleaners are inducted per site, certificates go to your compliance contact, and the first monthly audit lands four weeks after we start.

Questions before you get in touch

What people want to know before they pick up the phone.

How quickly will somebody get back to me?

Within 24 hours of your call or message, and usually the same working day. If you are ringing about a single site, we will normally have a supervisor there within 48 hours. A portfolio takes a little longer to organise, because the inspection round is done in person and we would rather take the extra days than quote your buildings from a spreadsheet.

What should I have ready before I call?

The addresses, roughly what each premises is, when the buildings are accessible, and — if you have it — a copy of your current cleaning scope or the agent's checklist. None of it is essential. Plenty of people ring us with nothing but a list of suburbs and a complaint about their current provider, and that is a perfectly good place to start.

Is the site inspection really free?

Yes, for every site, whether you have one or fifteen. A supervisor walks each premises, measures the areas, identifies the surfaces and photographs the problem spots. We would rather spend the time and quote accurately than win the work with an optimistic number and renegotiate it in month two, which is how most cleaning relationships start badly.

Will you tell me if my current cleaner is doing a good job?

If they are, yes, and it happens more often than you would expect. Winning work that we cannot meaningfully improve is a poor use of everybody's time, and a client who was talked into switching for no benefit will leave inside a year anyway. Sometimes the honest answer is that the scope is wrong rather than the cleaner, and we will say that too.

Do you quote over the phone?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. A phone quote is a guess dressed up as a number, and it will be revised the moment somebody actually sees the site. We inspect, then we price, then the figure is fixed in writing and does not move unless the scope does. It is a slower answer and it is the only honest one.

What happens after I accept the quote?

Cleaners are assigned and inducted on the specific site. Your compliance contact receives the insurance certificates, the police check records, the WWCC numbers and the SWMS where the site requires one. Keys, codes and alarm procedures go on the site register. Then the roster starts, and the first supervisor audit lands four weeks later.
